Looking over the ballots, though, I think the whole process would benefit from a clearer definition of what makes for a “new” band. Not so much about the bands that took the top ten, but there are bands on those ballots with years of shows under their belts, that could in no way be considered new.
??? Or maybe I’m missing the point…
