Sunday, September 27th – Pocatello, ID

We tried to make it on time to Bellevue to play the Finn Riggins BBQ, but we were a bit too late. We needed to make it to Pocatello by 9, so we hauled ass through Idaho. Thanks again Finn Riggins! Running late, but we couldn’t resist a stop at CRATERS OF THE MOON…

Black rocks, black sand, volcanic eruption debris as far as the eyes can see. Then we ran into this strange town with numbers painted on its hills. Ancient ritual sacrifice?

And then we were in Pocatello, just on time to play the Powerhouse, an underground bike co-op that mainly hosts sweaty punk and hardcore shows. Needless to say, we fit right in! No really, it was a great show. Loud and raucous set by local scream band No More Existence. Cute drummer in a ’50s bowling sweater. All in all, the people were super friendly and supportive.

Monday, September 28th – Pocatello/Camping

Thanks to our new friend Levi who helped us out with last night’s show, as well as a sleepy performance this morning at Idaho State University.

So that’s the good news! Pocatello = coming back.

The bad news… an evil voodoo eyeball death to Salt Lake City. Had a HORRIBLE show there last time, and had our show CANCELED tonight. Thanks arseholes!

Can anyone help us out with a show at Kilby Court??? Please???

We decided to camp instead.

And in the heart of Mormon Country Utah we stumbled across SMITH’S GROCERY in BRIGHAM CITY. Get it anyone??
