In this week’s paper, we had this piece about three important open-government bills up for a vote in the U.S. House of Representatives.

As you’ll see by reading this follow-up, the three bills passed. And happily, all five of Oregon’s House representatives did the right thing on HR 1309, HR1254 and HR1255.

Now the trio of bills go to the Senate for Oregon’s Gordon Smith and Ron Wyden to consider.
