Foghat: a much better name than Portland Public Schools. And if Portland were the first to create a Monica Lewinsky Middle School, donations would pour in from around the country. We Boomers have not forgotten Monica. Her contribution to American history helped make us what we are today, as a nation.

Thanks, Beth, for the heads-up on the transfer policy. Not sure I get the Monica Lewinsky reference, either. But it’s wise to keep her in mind. Bet she pops up in the news soon, between now and election time.
