Fed up with election fraud and wanting to change the way America values democracy, Bobby Kennedy Jr. and investigative journalist Greg Palast have put together a comic book, out today, to help Americans reclaim the voting process.
The comic book, Steal Back Your Vote , was illustrated by Ted Rall (whose syndicated cartoon runs in WW ), Troubletown’s Lloyd Dangle, and Lukas Ketner, the artist responsible for WW’s widely seen Barack Obama cover .
Steal Back Your Vote includes 24 full-color illustrated pages with information on “The Six Ways They’re Stealing Your Vote,” such as mail fraud, late absentee ballots, the problems with obtaining a government-issued ID to register, and other obstacles keeping Americans from exercising their right to vote.
Then comes the call to action: a two-page pull-out guide called “7 Ways to Steal It Back,” including suggestions to vote early, never vote by mail (though Oregonians have little choice on this one) and to date a voter.
The book is available today at StealBackYourVote.org and can be downloaded with a donation (no amount too large or too small) that will go toward distributing the book to groups of people Palast calls “vulnerable voters” to educate them on democracy and making sure their votes count.
