    The consumer has no protection, We need a Trojan, oohhh yea we v ahh allready paid 4 dat, protection , a consumer commission on rates, and public utilities, we need more PUD’s – was that not on the ballot ? Energy is power, and the consumer has no choice but to take it, and from the like of Piggy Flowers, soon to be on the Public Utility Commission Payroll for helping Regulate the energy markets, thanks Piggy
