No Mega-Deal For The Blazers

Well, it got exciting there for a minute in the hours before the NBA trade deadline arrived today at noon and then passed.
But apparently, the Trail Blazers – with the exception of yesterday’s mini-deal – are gong to dance with who brought them to this point in the season.
Good for them. The thought of them making this trade or that trade just so they could advance one round more this year seemed like short-term thinking when the core of this young team has a lot bigger upside in the longer-term.
