		<description>Part 3 of this video continues to show Kroger primarily challenging the credibility of Beau.  It appears that Beau is on trial rather than Beau is the victim.  There is very little mention about Sam&#039;s credibility and the likelihood that Sam is lying or misleading the investigators.  Sam has admitted lying and corruption.  Why would Kroger think Sam is more credible than Beau?  WW continues to exhibit excellent investigative reporting and certainly presents much greater transparency than the AG.</description>
