As these interviews are watched, the frustration and disappointment continue to grow. Kroger does not provide sufficient evidence to support his goal of “transparency.” Do I understand him to say if transparency leads to lying, it is more acceptable than less transparency and truthfulness? If placing someone under oath is not helpful, why is anyone ever put under oath? If a grand jury allows for less transparency, and transparency is desirable, when would there be any reason for a grand jury?
